A night nurse focuses primarily on the baby. As a postpartum doula I care for your whole family — the baby, your recovery, your emotional wellbeing, feeding, education, and practical help — with a nurturing, non-medical, whole-home approach.
It varies widely. Some families want one longer shift a week; others want a few daytime shifts a week through the first month or two. There's a 4-hour minimum per visit at $60/hr, and we'll design something that fits your needs and budget — adjusting as you go.
Not yet. Right now I offer daytime postpartum care only. Overnight support is something I plan to add down the road — and in the meantime I'm glad to point you toward a trusted overnight doula.
