Whole-family care
I care for your baby and for you — your recovery, your feelings, and your confidence all matter deeply to me.
A DONA-trained postpartum doula and certified child sleep consultant, here to care for your whole family through the beautiful, tender, exhausting season of new parenthood.
My path to postpartum work began where so many good things do: with love for babies and the families who welcome them. As a nanny, caregiver, and certified early-childhood educator, I spent years in the tender everyday moments of family life.
Again and again, I saw the same thing: new parents pouring everything into their babies while quietly running on empty themselves. The "fourth trimester" — those first weeks and months after birth — is one of the most vulnerable, transformative seasons a family will ever move through, and so many navigate it without enough support.
So I completed the DONA International postpartum doula training to care for the whole family — baby and parents. I'm now working through the final step of my DONA certification: supporting a few more families and submitting my certification packet. I also earned my certification as a child sleep consultant so I could keep supporting families as their little ones grow. Today I bring that full-circle care, plus a background in child development and a whole lot of empathy, into every home I'm welcomed into.
There's no single "right" way to feed, soothe, or parent. There's only the way that works for your family — and my job is to support it.
I care for your baby and for you — your recovery, your feelings, and your confidence all matter deeply to me.
My guidance is grounded in current newborn-care and infant-sleep science — never guilt, pressure, or internet trends.
This is your family and your journey. I follow your values and your instincts, offering steady support and gentle expertise.
When a family is truly cared for, everyone gets to be at their best — the baby, and you.— Jillian
