The "fourth trimester" is precious — and exhausting. I care for your baby, your recovery, and your peace of mind so you can soak up these early days.
A postpartum doula cares for far more than the baby. I'm here for the feeds, the healing, the questions, and the quiet moments in between — so you can feel steady and supported.

Having Jillian those first weeks changed everything. She cared for our son and for me — I finally felt like I could breathe.— Sarah M., first-time mom
"Having Jillian a few afternoons a week was a lifesaver. She handled the feeds so gently and I actually got to nap for the first time in weeks."
"As a recovering C-section mom, I needed care too. Jillian supported my healing, helped with feeding, and never once made me feel judged."
"She helped us find our footing as new parents and later guided us through gentle sleep coaching. Truly full-circle care."
A postpartum doula provides non-medical care and support to your whole family after birth — newborn care, feeding support, help with your physical and emotional recovery, evidence-based guidance, light baby-related household help, and daytime hours so you can rest. Think of me as an experienced, calming extra set of hands.
Many families reach out during pregnancy to reserve their dates, but I'm glad to help whenever you need me — including if you're already home with your baby. Let's talk and find a schedule that works.
Yes — gentle sleep support is a complementary service I offer, typically for babies around 4 months and older. Many families start with postpartum care and transition into sleep coaching when the time is right.
Not yet — right now I offer daytime postpartum care at $60/hr, with a 4-hour minimum. Overnight support is something I plan to add down the road, and I'm always happy to point you toward a trusted overnight doula in the meantime.
